Free Plan
- Users on the free plan can use Viralblade’s basic features without any cost.
- No refund or cancellation policy applies to the free plan as it is offered at no charge.
Paid Plans
- Viralblade offers several paid subscription plans, which provide access to advanced features and functionalities.
- Once you subscribe to a paid plan, you are committed to the subscription period you have selected (monthly or annually).
- We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused features during the subscription period.
Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel their subscription to a paid plan at any time through their account settings on the Viralblade platform.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the subscription in the next billing cycle following your cancellation.
- Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period after which your account will revert to the free plan.
No Refunds
- All sales of paid plans are final. Viralblade does not offer refunds for any subscriptions that have already been paid.
- This no-refund policy applies to all paid plans and all billing cycles (monthly and annual).
Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare cases of exceptional circumstances, such as a technical issue on our end that prevented access to the service, please contact our support team.
- Any refund request under exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to issue a refund will be at the sole discretion of Viralblade.
